Building insight through collaboration, reflection, and care.
We partner with community-based organizations, funders, and other agencies to design learning and evaluation processes that are rigorous, participatory, and grounded in lived experience. Our work helps organizations understand how their strategies are working, strengthen internal capacity, and use evidence to inform decision-making, advocacy, and systems change.
-
We support organizations working at the intersection of social justice and community-led change. We believe evaluation should do more than measure outcomes. At its best, it supports reflection, builds organizational capacity, and creates space for learning, especially for organizations navigating complexity.
-
We design evaluation processes that balance rigor with accessibility, and we are attentive to the power dynamics that shape how data is collected, interpreted, and used. We prioritize:
Partnership over extraction
Clarity over complexity
Culturally responsive and equity-centered approaches
Engagement that is low-burden and results in something useful
We tailor our methods to fit our partners’ contexts and will work closely with you to co-design evaluation processes that reflect your values, priorities, and realities.
We provide learning and evaluation services across the full lifecycle of programs and initiatives. Our work spans local, regional, and national initiatives and often centers communities most impacted by structural inequities.
Learning & Evaluation
We design learning and evaluation processes that help organizations reflect, adapt, and take action. Our work includes mixed-methods evaluation, evaluation framework design, and participatory community engagement, grounded in collaboration and focused on producing insights that are practical, accessible, and useful.
Services
Evaluation Capacity Building
We work alongside organizations to embed learning into how they plan and make decisions. Our services include supporting grantee learning and technical assistance initiatives, developing learning agendas, and building organizational capacity to carry out evaluative work internally.
We create structured spaces for groups to pause, learn, and align. Through participatory workshops, collaborative data exploration, and strategic planning processes, we use creative facilitation approaches to enhance engagement, surface insight, and strengthen shared direction.
